What I liked
I think the writing was very strong in this show. Not only were all of the characters rich with backstory, the relationships between the characters were beautifully woven into a compelling story. Without giving away the story line, I will just say that loved the twists and turns of the story and I thought it worked very well. Veronica Matthews put so much blood (haha), sweat and tears into this production and it shows. I recommend this show fully for it being inventive, fun, unique, funny, and full of heart and soul – and tender moments between characters. Every moment was precious.
What I didn't like
None. This was entertaining, funny, and full of tenderness and hip hop!
My overall impression
A solid ensemble of talented actors with some stand out performances by Veronica Matthews, Lisa Wyatt and Sami Lappin. This show is very unique, probably the most unique and inventive show I’ve seen at Fringe and I’ve seen many shows!
