ICE CATS: A Dead Mother Traumedy

What I liked

This piece of theatre is really layered, well structured, and the perfect length. It starts in a space that could easily become cliche or tired, but Alli’s personal story is so colorfully unique—something she leans into with total courage, wit, and heart. You will laugh and gasp much of the time yet still leave with a deep sense of what this loss has meant to her and her family.

My overall impression

What a wild ride! Don’t let ANYONE spoil this one by telling you too much about it. Alli Miller is so relatable, authentic, and darkly hilarious, even if you’ve not experienced the death of a parent.
