The use of the screen was a simple but very effective way for a Fringe show.
What I didn't like
the monologues feel a little repetitive, but I understand the play probably being tested on Fringe.
My overall impression
What a great idea to write a show about that episode, told from the perspective of a group of US journalists. I didn’t know much about the details of what happened with the Dalai Lama, so it was one of those shows where you learn a lot. Highlighting the impact of the current cancel culture is also a valuable aspect of the show, making the audience more aware of this phenomenon in a critical, non-judgmental way.
