What I liked
I actually forgot that this incident ever happened, so the PR team did a great job! The dialog was snappy, filled with laughs and strong one-liners spoken by four well-crafted PR caricatures. Everyone nailed their roles, but I would never want them as my PR team!
What I didn't like
I think the “immersive” scenes could use some work. At first, I did not know what was happening at all. Then I caught on, but felt it took away from the scenes with the cast together, displaying their excellent chemistry.
My overall impression
Veep as a theater performance. The entire situation felt like I was watching an unaired episode of the show. Absolutely no one is qualified to handle the task at hand, yet all of them are in charge of handling it. Pretty damn funny.
