What I liked
Foster successfully balances a wry sense of humor with heartbreaking tales from his past. The show is both entertaining and insightful. Plus Foster makes great cookies (one of a which I was able to get)!
What I didn't like
Occasionally there were missed opportunities for a personal audience connection in the intimate space (e.g. eye contact). Foster is, however, a masterful and delightful storyteller.
My overall impression
A wry, heartfelt, sometimes self-deprecating truth bomb.
