The theater felt like the right size of telling so personal of stories without a microphone. It felt very intimate.
What I didn't like
.
My overall impression
The show is full of intensity and pretty sad stories, but in a way that you don’t feel sorry for him. It’s full of hope and overcoming. When it comes to standup, he had the ideal of a laugh every 20 seconds all while telling a real life story of hard times. It was the best of both worlds of a solid story of a one man show, with the laughs of standup.
