What I liked

I liked all the visuals, props, and audience participation. I loved how this show was funny and also had heart. You could tell Phillip was connected to the material and that translated to the audience.

What I didn't like

I would have loved to hear the entire book The Good Little Listener to be read out loud to the audience.

My overall impression

I loved this show! I actually learned a lot about the classic children’s books I never bothered to question. Phillip is such a great writer with so much attention to detail. I was engaged throughout the entire show and loved all the modern takes on antiquated tropes that we spoon feed to children.
