This show was AMAZING! The talent and cleverness of Callie Ott was very obvious from the first note until the last! Excellent story telling using all genres of music and horror movie references. Wow. Just an incredibly moving, honest, vulnerable, hilarious and entertaining piece of art. Anyone that’s been through a trauma knows it’s a long journey forward, and Callie Ott has found a way to turn some of the pain of her past into multiple original shows that transform the darkest of life’s experiences into something new - something that her audiences can both laugh & cry with her during, find themselves in, and thus accept themselves for who they are: scars and all. ...

MUST SEE SHOW!!!!!
I love that Callie was able to take her personal story which most women take as a victim story and was able to turn it onto herself asking how she had any part in it and could rectify this situation. It had twists and turns at every corner and really kept you on your feet. I won't say much else as to not ruin it. ...

It was amazing. I have never been to a one person play or musical before. It was amazing that Callie wasn't totally exhausted by the amount of dancing and singing she was doing. The music was so funny and the costumes were on point. The realism part of the show made me feel a sadness and anger that made me want to bash a person's face in.
I would love to watch this again! ...

Final Girl: The Musical lures you in with a classic horror trope. But the result is something far more complex, funny, and heartbreaking than you expect. Callie Ott takes command of the stage and never gives it up in a compelling performance that will stay with me for a while....

There are many talented, creative, and beautiful people in the arts. That’s for sure. But finding that thread of meaning and expression and turning something tragic in your life into a thing that is not only cathartic, but smart, funny, thoughtful, energizing… That is an entirely different level or artistic integrity. Callie has done this in the writing and performance of Final Girl. This one-woman musical is hilarious and full of courage and soul all at the same time. Its theme and music will linger with you long after the performance. And its deeper message will stay with you....
