What I liked

He didn’t lean on the gimmick of having his father onstage with him, he used it to his advantage and sprinkled just enough storytelling, reenactment, and fatherly commentary throughout. He tells a cohesive story of his life through the lens of his relationship with his father but doesn’t make it feel like a slog through trauma. It engages and entertains.

What I didn't like

I’m not well versed in solo shows and their particulars. The one question I have is, “Does this have a life after these specific Fringe performances, and if so how does it get adapted to fit the fact that your father won’t be there every night?”

My overall impression

This show has so much heart and soul to it! It’s a wonderful ride through a hilarious and heartbreaking father-son relationship
