Outstanding writing, exuberant and hysterical performance, surprising at every turn.
What I didn't like
Just the right amount of vomit. No notes.
My overall impression
Pitch-perfect, and absolutely hysterical. Emily is captivating from her first steps onto the stage, and the show’s variety of characters, pacing, and tone keep the audience engaged throughout. As (probably) one of the few audience members suffering from the same phobia as Emily, I can say that her treatment of her subject matter is thorough, spot-on, and deeply honest. This show is for everyone, from those like me who haven’t thrown up since the first Reagan administration, to those for whom it wouldn’t be Saturday night without a little puke.
