The somewhat ironic childhood-bedroom scenario provided an effective framework for an array of characters, memories, fantasies, and tangents, while allowing us to laugh at the setup itself.
What I didn't like
Nothing!
My overall impression
A funny, smart, and surprisingly emotional journey with a wonderful and gifted performer. Is this show about a weird phobia, or generational trauma, or My Little Pony, or childhood, or what? Yes. All the things. Brilliant.
