What I liked

Chris, the show’s star, gives an extremely honest and vulnerable performance, with enjoyable moments of charm. I also liked the actor who played the character of Matt. The dancers were very fun to watch, and the singers and band worked together to create a very imapctful vibe for the show throughout.

What I didn't like

Balancing out the sound and lights so everyone is seen and heard. Maybe asking a trusted pair of creative eyes to look at the show and suggest some logistical direction.

There were some scene change lags that could be fixed with some more communication between all of the different groups on stage.

The show started late and ran almost 2 hours instead of 1. In the normal world it wouldn’t be as big of a deal, but at Fringe that’s a no-go. Easy fix is changing run time on the Fringe site, easy peasy ;)

Congrats Silhouettes Company!

My overall impression

Chris Siders and the Silhouettes company are extremely passionate about what they’re doing, and it shows. Everyone in this show gives their 100% from start to finish. I thought Kyle did a great job leading the band. This show is incredibly ambitious – there are actors, a dance troupe, singers, and a band, with many moving parts that make this show a big beast to tackle. Congrats to the whole Silhouettes company for giving it all and making it happen.
