My overall impression

a kaleidoscope of hilarity, warmth, vulnerability, and creativity, Maddie Mutations’ “Rectangles” really feels like you’re running around a manic dreamlike recess with its creator. a wild tapestry of musical styles wonderfully performed alongside expressive choreography and delightful puppetwork, tied together by Maddie’s irresistable charm as they clearly have so much FUN performing this work. it really makes you as an audience feel like a fundamental part of the absurdist playdate.
