What I liked

I loved all the colors throughout- literally and figuratively. While it was funny in many ways, it was also heart-wrenching and all the media elements really helped with that from Maddie’s live dialogue over her recorded dialogue, and the lighting and projection choices. I also really liked how she chose to interact with the audience members and the points where she did that.

What I didn't like

There was nothing I can really point out that I felt didn’t work.

My overall impression

Rectangles was so beautifully done. Such a vulnerable, nuanced and entertaining performance!
