Quicksand

What I liked

Heather’s energy, her stage presence, her topic…and then she totally switches gears halfway through the show and makes it into something completely different. I really enjoyed myself.

What I didn't like

Technical issues. The mic gave her nothing but frustration (but she handled it well) and the slides behind her went so quickly it was impossible to fully absorb the images.

My overall impression

QUICKSAND is a beautiful show. Heather’s attitude and energy was wonderful. Her topic is heavy, but she presents it with lightness.

Death is the one thing we will ALL experience, and it’s the one thing we don’t want to discuss. I found this show beautiful and profoundly moving. AND I learned what to do if I see someone having a stroke. Amazing!
