What I liked
The-right-kind-of-dumb humor. Affable leads. Side characters so entertainingly performed that it didn’t matter how ridiculous they were. Infectious playful energy coming from a cast that seemed to be legit enjoying itself.
What I didn't like
Some jokes and character concepts fell flat, and some otherwise funny bits went on too long. Future incarnations of the show would probably benefit from some tightening.
My overall impression
Your good old fashioned screwball comedy, replete with an Odd Couple pair of protagonists, over-the-top personalities, wild plot turns, characters running for their lives, and playful pokes through the fourth wall. Go in with appropriate expectations (the title helps) and you’ll have a fine time.
