My overall impression
I was overwhelmed by natalie’s performance. She exhibited such a wide range of emotions from joy to intense grief. She was playful and coquettish one moment and despairing the next. Her use of the stage was so creative with the massage, the pill bottles, her suitcase, the film etc. She brought an empty room to life. Her script was so descriptive and extended beyond the tragic situation with her mother to include her life. I was very moved by her performance and thought about it for days afterwards.
