How the story of her mother’s diagnosis unfolded through Natalie, and how Natalie’s own genetic test results loomed over the show. I really love how Natalie chose to tell the story of her mother and herself, the sense of ‘somewhere’ felt present in this show!
What I didn't like
I only want more performances!!!!
My overall impression
I’m not sure where to begin – how can i really describe or share what we experienced watching this show? I’ll Be With You In A Minute was deeply moving, heartfelt, funny, playful, warm and mournful – it oscillated between frenetic and steady, all intentionally, and all so perfectly. Natalie shared her grief with us in ways that made the entire audience erupt in laughter in one moment, and break out in tears in another. Truly a delight to watch Natalie in action and see this story unfold. I’ll be thinking about this show until I have an opportunity to see it again.
