What I liked
Charlie was right at home as Nick Bottom. His version of the iconic character takes the blowhard weaver and deepens him. His bluster is matched by his sadness, his loneliness that’s covered under a veneer of self importance.

Rock Bottom manages something truly remarkable, it makes Midsummer feel fresh! Charlie Day’s Nick Bottom is a wonderfully charming egoist who slowly but surely lets us in to the world of pain he contends with day ion and day out.
