Thoroughly impressed with this play from start to finish. Well thought out from the preshow sound design to the set which establish the place even before the play begins. The writing is exceptional and the performances evocative... it is hauntingly striking. The kind of writing that lingers long afterwards and makes you want to go back and watch it again!...

Junru's artistry is magnificent to witness. Body as an Archive is definitely one of my favorites of this year's fringe. Beautifully written & directed, simply told, her physicality is sublime. She recounts her life training as an acrobat in China and how her identity was shaped by it. As painful as certain moments are, Junru is absolutely luminous in telling her story....

Paris + Juliet is brilliant. Charlie is reminiscent of a younger Robin Williams with his lightning wit, physical comedy but above all his deep well - he is palpable.
The show is smart, funny and deceptively profound. He has this one monologue at the end that really hit home...brilliantly written and embodied. ...

Megan is so magnetic in this bare all, SEXY, super funny, honest, empowering confession. There simply aren't enough adjectives to describe her. The one that resonates the most though is honest which makes her and her story so endearing. Megan takes her time and really presences herself to the moment. She is so authentic you simply can't help fall in love with her as she confesses her fears of becoming a mother and shares hysterical moments of her life as a stripper....

Chandra is a gifted improv/sketch comedy performer. I believe I saw the first show and really didn't know what to expect. SO FUNNY!!! I was enamored by her ease and playfulness interacting with the audience, as she rallied an impromptu anti bully meeting on the school playground. ...

There is something so profound sitting in a theater with strangers and being open to the unexpected which is why I love theater the most. Because it is a collective experience. Mama Does Dada heightened this for me brilliantly - I loved how, we the audience were even more connected through this artist's brave exploration of the absurd. Even though I didn't understand everything, I didn't need to - Jerilyn's integrity to the work and her absolute commitment was EVERYTHING for me. I will remember h...

I really enjoyed PUNISH ME. It was riveting - played out like a psychological thriller where I felt myself leaning into it wanting to know more and more. Great cast and direction is on point. What I loved the most was Michael's character and his relationship to the audience when he breaks the 4th wall and talks to us as the character - wonderfully funny and intimate. I can see this play finding it's full breath and colors on screen....

This show is one of my favorites that I've seen at fringe. Veronica fearlessly invites us into the world of postpartum and she does not hold back!! She is my HERO. Her show is beautifully raw, truthful and hysterically funny about a phase of motherhood that is not often enough depicted or talked about.

I loved everything about F*CKING FAMOUS...from it being set on Hollywood blvd in a wig shop to every bit of unexpected thereafter. Molly is brilliantly creatively weird - in the best way possible. So refreshing and wonderfully bizarre, but totally relatable because it all comes from a deeply human place. I found myself singing "t**s in the air! T**s in the air all the way home. ...

WOW!! Christine - what a talent!!! She is absolutely heartbreaking and delightful in this super funny solo/musical show.I loved that the comedy came out of the her real need for love - which makes for the best kind of comedy - and not her trying to be funny. Her lyrics, singing, her comedic timing and creativity are just wow. Someone I will keep my eye on for future shows for sure!...
