Homecoming: A Darkly Funny Tale About Losing My Mom and Finding Myself... Again

sam g. · June 22, 2026 certified reviewer
Dara is polished and comfortable and warm and funny while talking about difficult topics. This was my first personal storytelling hour, and I was very impressed. Well-written and surprising in its interesting exploration of the world of grief support work, which was comforting to learn about in the face of the emotions grief brings up. ... full review

I am a Snail

Snail creates a safe space for business that is also weird as hell and sillyyyy. And connections were undeniably made that will last people a life time. A simple yet absurd Fringe show with a clown who is so chill and confident and clowny!!! A joy to be in the room. ... full review

Aidan Flynn's "FAME MAXXING" A one person show by Aidan Flynn

sam g. · June 16, 2026 certified reviewer
Aidan bravely finds it live and sometimes he really finds it and sometimes he’s lost. But he pushes through. And that’s clown, baby. I cackled at several points, love the looseness in the space and that Aidan was not afraid while working it out, and worked hard to work it out. Felt closer to everyone in the room after. Fun times. ... full review

Celine Solution In...The Day I Decided To Change My Life And Didn't

The time, place and character had me, I must say, gagged. I had forgotten I knew about this cultural moment and it came rushing back to me (kinda like what was happening to Celine.) Loved the toxic friendship and lesbian tension. ... full review

Big Maestro & Little Cello Boy

Such a funny, perverted, classic-perfect premise. Real talented cello playing! Stripping! Hilarious wig! Yelling and trailing off! Verbal and physical and instrumental intimidation. LOL. ... full review

Maniac

Todd is such an attuned and likeable clown and this is such a cool production. I kept being surprised by the beats and it was absurd but all made sense in a way that Todd played deftly. ... full review

Andy Andy with Andy

I laughed at this in a way that is sometimes hard for me to access. I was like out of breath gulping. It is crazy and so simple and smart and absurd and then real in a way that kept surprising me. Andy is so attuned yet free and a HOOT. ... full review
