Nina Rancel is simply fascinating, and her journey as an artist is beautifully displayed, with fun elements showcasing her various talents. Electrifying, magnetic, dynamic and unapologetically herself, Cristina Fernandez is enigmatic in her one-woman show Godless. This show is not your typical one-woman story, and that's what I loved most about it. It leaves you to think about each moment in time and how we, in that moment and for that moment with her and her show, we're sharing time, and how valuable that in itself is. Beautifully orchestrated, hilarious and thought provoking. Amazing work overall.... full review

Riley Smith is utterly magnificent in this high energy one-man retelling of Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring: Extended Edition: Part 3. I wish I had seen the two other iterations previous to this one. I laughed so hard throughout the entire show. It was a blast being able to sing along, call out lines with fellow audience members, and being able to "ride" around on inflatable horses onstage chasing after a girl that looks like Steven Tyler was the icing on the LOTR cake. I knew from the start as an 80's film fanatic I was going to certainly fall in love with The Club Of Broken Fasts. What I didn't know until after watching it last night is how much I would love it, and now I can honestly say this show is one of my favorites this Fringe season. From the incredible ensemble (one of the best casts I've seen this Fringe), to holding true to the classic The Breakfast Club just enough with the beautiful balance of added Shakespeare dialog, to the smart sets interchange... full review

Olivia Atwood is brilliant, charming and downright hilarious in her one-woman show Oops, which jumps right into her exceptionally entertaining world as a matchmaker. Olivia is an incredible storyteller, and each story moment had me rolling with laughter from beginning to end. Also, I'll never hear the name Anne Marie the same way again, which is wonderful. A super fun, uproarious hour of truthfully hilarious narration, and a must-see this Fringe!... full review

Immensely engaging and thoroughly entertaining, Antony Zioni creates a spectacular world of epic puppets, mesmerizing vocals, hypnotizing drums and classic tales in Antony Zioni - Tales of the Ancient East. I felt like I was watching a pseudo rock opera where GHOST meets Black Sabbath meets an immersive ritual, and I absolutely loved every second of it. So creative, so unique, and in a lane all its own. This is one of the only shows so far where I want to experience it again to fully take in ever... full review

Bold, brave and authentic, My Tiger dives into writer and actor Dionysius Vlachos's everyday reality as an Aisan American and what life is truly like for him. This play comes from a deeply personal origin, and Dionysis does not hold back, showcasing a raw, emotional life story. A huge round of applause to the amazing cast, with every role perfectly cast as well as great direction throughout.... full review

Sweet Air is a beautifully uplifting piece with a whole lot of heart and just the right amount of nitrous oxide. Everything in this platon-com kept a smile on my face the entire time. The audience is wrapped into the world of a train stop at 3 am, and you can't help but root for the two waiting for their ride on the early morning after Valentine's day, charmingly portrayed by Newton Mayenge and Jenni Chiaramonte, whoms chemistry blended exquisitely throughout the entire piece. Lani Harms talent shines in this uproarious one-woman show Reservoir Dolls. Lani's commitment to each individual Tarantino leading lady was magical and such a blast to watch. I loved the blend of simple staging, with the use of video clips through the scene changes, as Lani flows through these changes into each new character effortlessly. I sincerely hope Mr. Tarantino is able to see this wickedly awesome show in person. One of my favorite shows this Fringe season. ... full review

Except Myself is the Inside Out of theatre, and I cherished every bit of it. One of my favorites of Fringe this year, for sure! Fantasticly written by Drew Petriello, Except Myself draws the poignant honesty that's in us all - all 5 parts that are in us, that is, and showcases how each facet of who we are create the essential building blocks of everything we're made up to be. I left the show thinking about my own life and how sometimes we can neglect or not honor our truths and push aside feeling... full review
