From a Near-Death Experience to the Front Lines of Substitute Teaching, Reed Rosenberg’s Hilarious and Deeply Personal Story Explores Fire, Failure, and Self-Forgiveness.

This June, writer and performer Reed Rosenberg (The Hottest Improv Show in Town at UCB, The Food That Built America) debuts his world premiere solo show, “Kaboom!”, directed by Gracie Tea at The Broadwater Studio.

KABOOM!” is a hilarious and deeply personal blend of standup, storytelling, and high-energy character work. The production invites audiences directly into a chaotic classroom to trace a wild true journey about fire, monumental failure, and the unexpected students who ultimately help a substitute teacher forgive himself.

“Fringe HQ said ‘absolutely not’ when I asked to use real fire onstage,” says creator Reed Rosenberg.
