This is a gorgeous 1,000 square foot light + bright creative space in Silverlake Station, at the crossing of Los Feliz and Silverlake, minutes away from Sunset Junction. This cheery studio/loft is perfect for pop ups, readings, photoshoots/film shoots, yoga, dance performances, plays, rehearsals, sound baths—all around versatile event venue. Built in the 1920’s with lots of history and charm, this property, with high loft ceilings and original exposed brick wall, used to be the lobby of the apartment building next door before it was renovated and turned into a separate space.
