With three spaces at 1727 N Vermont Ave (near Hollywood Blvd & Vermont Ave) Impro is a non-profit theatre company, school and studio. We perform, teach, produce shows and offer space for rental productions. Our mission is to spread joy and expand storytelling through unscripted theatre. For more than 38 years, Impro Theatre has been L.A.’s originator and the home of Genre and Narrative Improv. Our black box theater has 21 fixed, traditional, padded seats; capacity expandable to 38 with folding chairs. Our “rehearsal room” could seat 50 or more.
