GENERAL INFORMATION

34-74+ Flexible Seating / AEA 50-seat showcase approved Black Box Theatre space with Marley Dance Floor, Lobby/Bar, Dressing Room, Two Parking Spots (if available) and Artist/Guest Separate Restrooms.

Rentals always include:

House Manager/Monitor/Bartender
Minimum 6-channel mixing board & stereo speakers
ONE stationary theatrical lighting look
Two Parking Spots
5% Discount activates when 8+ hours are booked all at the same time regardless of dates/times.

Included for Fringers:

Insurance
Some publicity
Access to select in-house set pieces/furniture

Available at an additional cost:

Box Office Manager
Stage Manager
Lighting Technician
Sound Engineer (3-hour min.)

If you are using your own technicians who need to access our boards, we require a one hour check in and one hour check out with one of our on-staff technicians on your first and last dates. Please add these two hours to your budget.
