The Lex Theatre is located at 6760 Lexington Avenue in the heart of Hollywood’s Theatre Row. This fully equipped black box style theatre allows you to create your space to suit exactly your production’s needs. The space is available for productions, rehearsals, classes, casting sessions, and film shoots. The Lex is equipped with:
- Comfortable lobby with box office
- Dressing room with stage entrance for actors
- Audience restroom and a separate private restroom for cast and crew
- 47 comfortable theatre seats (with option to add a row of folding chairs)
- Air conditioning
- ETC Element programmable lighting console with 24 dimmers
- 36 lighting instruments
- Yamaha MG16/-FX sound board
- Two sound amplifiers and 4 mounted speakers
