Dr. Jenni Silberstein is a psychotherapist, writer, and solo theatre artist whose work blends depth psychology, satire, and mythic storytelling. She is the creator of Dr. Zen, a theatrical persona that explores shadow, cultural conditioning, and the tension between performance and authenticity.
Her work moves between stage and session, weaving humor, music, and psychological insight into immersive theatrical experiences. Through solo performance, writing, and women’s circles, she invites audiences to question illusion, reclaim inner authority, and orient toward their North Star.
