This was a sincerely high energy show with for the most part great acting and pacing. Sadly, however, on the night I attended (Friday June 27) there was a couple in the audience whose behavior was so rude and obnoxious, having an out loud conversation for first 15-20 minutes, and no less, the woman getting flip with me when I turned around and called them on it...nearly getting into an altercation...and other audience members spontaneously giving play by plays of the performance...I missed the... full review

Really a surprise!... full review

This Vicious Minute has my formal review (http://giaonthemove.com/2012/06/13/this-vicious-minute-at-the-hollywood-fringe-festival/) but to add...it takes a lot of guts to present as shocking an autobiography as this. This is hard material for most people to acknowledge and yet, Ben Moroski puts himself out there for everyone. I also showed up on June 12th to discover the performance had been replaced by another company that was rehearsing in the space, although I had been issued an advanced ticket a week prior to review the performance in previews. Not sure this show is running at all. And I will not be reviewing it. A pre-show courtesy call to cancel to the expected media critics would have been appropriate and allowed us to attend other performances at the Fringe that evening.... full review
