Jason is a senior technology Product leader specializing in launching enterprise platforms and Digital Transformations. After many years of delivering experiences at Nike.com he was recruited to American Express and then Goldman Sachs to modernize the way each approaches Loyalty platforms and the operational model for shared services technology teams.
Through each of these successful endeavors he has refined his transformation playbook. He has proven solutions for the common problems most technology organizations face, late delivery, scope misalignment, portfolio prioritization, and reporting visibility. In today’s world tech teams are often a black box out of which something is delivered, often late and not the solution needed. Jason brings an operating model for the way Product, Engineering, and Program teams work together to provide visibility, accountability, delivery, and innovation. His expertise is especially valuable for teams that need to scale, modernize, and transform to meet the demands of not just the next year but the next ten years.
Outside of work Jason advises startups, provides mentoring, and partners in the production of TV & film projects. He actively works to surround himself with people who are in the business of creating new things and often serves as an advisor. He leans into his ability to make both companies and people better versions of themselves.
He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
