Melissa Harkness
Melissa Harkness recently graduated with her MFA in Playwriting/Screenwriting from the University of California, Riverside. She hails from Memphis, Tennessee, where she received her BFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Memphis. The Cannibal King is the play that helped her find her voice; it’s the play that taught her a different way to think, but most of all, it’s the play that taught her to believe in herself.
