Trey Everett
My name is Trey Everett, and I am a Los Angeles based author and playwright. I was born in Houston, Texas and by single parent, blue-collar workers. Despite my family having no real ties to any creative professions, from a young age I was drawn to the arts.
For college, I flew the coop, and moved to sunny Southern California to attend a conservatory for film & television acting, with aspirations of becoming a working actor. After many years of flirting with a livable income from acting and playing music, I finally realized I wasn’t quite cut out for the life of a movie star or frontman, and settled back into my truest, and longest running passion; storytelling. I am proud to now be a published author with my debut novel “Beneath the Surface” having been published in December of 2021.
