Melanie Allen
Melanie Allen (Scenic Designer) is a Senior Production Design Major with an emphasis in Stage Management from Castle Rock, CO. Some of her previous credits include: Stage Manager for Pepperdine’s Songfest: All Aboard, Eurydice, The Magic Flute and Contempo 2015; Deck manager for Pepperdine’s Crazy for You; Assistant Stage Manager for South Pacific, The Merry Widow, and Doubt; Scenic Designer for Dance in Flight 2017 and The Women of Lockerbie; Assistant Scenic Designer for The Yellow Boat. She was also the Stage Manager for last summer’s Fringe First award winning The Interference. This summer, she is also working for the Hollywood Fringe Festival as their Set Design Intern. Melanie is a recipient of the Theatre Department Scholarship and George Pepperdine Scholarship.
