I’m an activist, a poet, a screenwriter, a writer of stories and reflections on life, as well as a retired teacher of three decades, mostly in Compton and Watts.
In 2023, Ethos Film Awards named me “Writer of the Year.”
Long ago (a bit over a half century), I graduated from college with a degree in theatre arts.
Last year, I wrote, performed, and produced my first Fringe Festival solo show. I wasn’t planning to enter one this year, but world events and attempts by media millionaires and their government to silence us necessitated this year’s entry.
Thank you Fringe Community for making this possible.
