Jeni Jones

Director, Actor, Producer

Jeni Jones has worked in entertainment for 30 years, as a director, screenwriter, playwright, actor, dancer, rapper, producer, editor, martial artist, and radio host. She has spent her life navigating behind the camera and performing in front of it, as well as walking stages of all sizes. Jeni earned her BA in Theatre Directing & English Literature from Fordham University in NYC & her MFA in Film Directing from CalArts. 

During her career, Jeni has worked as an Executive at several indie film companies during which time she has been credited for her creative contributions to numerous feature films (credits avail on IMDB imdb.me/jenijones). 

Her direction of the play WOMEN ON THE VERGE earned the production an NAACP Theatre Award and sold-out run. She also directed the award-winning short film CLUB RAT$, which was used to raise awareness for RAINN and has gone on to win multiple awards, including a several “Best Direction” Awards. 

She is an award-winning actor and her performances can be enjoyed on screen in numerous film and T.V. projects. She recently launched her new live monthly spoken word event THE NARROW WORD in Hollywood to a sold out audience. She is thrilled to be directing and acting in the upcoming Hollywood Fringe Festival, where she will be directing FIBONACCI ASCENDING starring Sylvia Loehndorf and directing and acting in Samuel Beckett’s NOT I.
