Jen Simone, violinist, moved to LA in October 2012 after living in Seattle for 19 years. Since moving to LA, she has continued to enjoy a balance between teaching and performing. She is a violin/viola instructor at Oakwood School and Boyle Heights Youth Orchestra. Highlights of 2015 so far include recording for Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp a Butterfly and playing with Kamasi Washington for his Epic album release at the Regent Theater. She also played with Santa Barbara Symphony in March and in Pride and Prejudice at La Mirada Theatre. Jen is excited to be a part of The Devil you Say which marks her first time in Hollywood Fringe and the second time she has performed live theater with a puppet.
