Laura Youngkin
Laura Youngkin is a performer and producer from the great state of Texas, and no, she did not ride a horse to school.
Laura’s extensive background in the theater includes work in professional and education environments, with collaborators in many disciplines. Her work and interests as a producer span across genres; from experimental opera to commercial television. She loves dramedy, hot rollers, and working with kids — but mostly, she finds joy in promoting the artistic endeavors of others.
She holds a BFA in Performance from Baylor University, and will complete her MFA in Producing from CalArts in May of 2010.
