Mona Lee Wylde

Actor

Mona Lee Wylde playing Carrie in The Road to Nowhere (so excited, my second Fringe). I’m a graduate of NYC’s American Academy of Dramatic Arts. I learned the Meisner Technique from Frances Chaney at the HB Studio’s, and worked Stanislavski’s Technique in Jack Stehlin’s Master Class while acting in many production with his New American Theatre Company. The last four years I’ve had the pleasure of working every Monday night with John Kirby. Here are the more recent acting highlights: for television: Marion in That 90’s Show, Eileen McCutcheon in Perry Mason, and Dorthea Westin for The Driven Series on PassionFlix. For the big screen: In the feature VHYes! I worked with Tim Robbins and was directed by his son, Jack Henry Robbins – very neat!  For theatre: Ella in the Off-Broadway production of O’Neill’s Ghosts. Here are a few of the plays I really enjoyed doing: Naked Angels/Lost Voices (my first Fringe show),Separate Beds at Theatre 40, Devil’s Salt and The Oldest Profession at Odyssey Theatre, Lizzy at Ensemble Studio Theatre, Onion Creek at Son of Semele Theatre, The War of Virginia and Alabama at Hayworth Theatre.
