Anne Peyton Brothers is an actor and writer, hailing from Appalachia (hence the double name.) She wrote and starred in the short film Low Risk Spectre, (Dir. Amelia Marino, Best Short Triborough Film Festival 2024) as well as upcoming comedy shorts Molly Hope vs Falconess, (Dir. Kat Ferenchak) and Gribbon (Dir. Josh Kay.) Additional screen credits include two-hander psychological horror, She Did It, (Dir. Noah Dorsey) coming to streaming fall 2026, and comedy shorts A Dish Best Served Hot (Dir. Josh Kay, Hollyshorts Comedy 2026) and Bjorn (Dir. Kliff Piztek, Dances with Films 2026.) Outside of the indie film scene, you might have seen her on the VEEPS sketch comedy show Improbably Poppy (Dir. Garrett Nicholson) or scrolled by her social media holiday sketch show, To Wish You a Happy Christmas, which she wrote and directed.
