Amanda Wilkerson is a SoCal native from Hollywood’s Desert Playground: Palm Springs, California. She has always been passionate about performing and doing anything to make her audience giggle. At the age of 14, she began training to become a professional under David Green’s Musical Theatre University in Rancho Mirage.
She later studied acting at AMDA where she graduated earning her BFA with honors. Influenced by iconic female comediennes: Meg Stalter, Lena Dunham, Katherine O’Hara, and Lisa Kudrow- she decided her to sharpen her comedy skills at Groundlings.
Outside of acting her interests include: animal rights, freestyle rapping, exploring historical cemeteries, karaoke nights, feeding squirrels, reading on Substack, and spending time with Hugo her Doberman.
