Gayla Goehl, Director, is a Los Angeles based director, writer and actor as well as the Director and Head Teacher at the prestigious Gary Spatz’s “The Playground” Acting Conservatory for Film/TV. Goehl wrote and directed the pilot presentation Dreamtown. Won The Genni Award for Writing for her film Tectonics. Goehl has written, directed and produced forty-eight short films including School Dance, ActingHuman, The Daylights, Crushed, The Probability of Love, Kid’s Court, The Wanderer, Z-Town and The Acting Academy. Her professional theater directing credits include Nice People Dancing To Good Country Music, Hurlyburly and It’s Called The Sugar Plum for 4 West Theater Ensemble in NYC.
