Meghan Scibona (she/her)

Comedian

Meghan Scibona is a comic, director, producer, writer living in LA (and sometimes in NY). She recently performed at The Icehouse, Hollywood Improv, The Crow and Kookaburra Lounge. She produces Generation Ex, a quarterly comedy show at Delight Factory in Brooklyn. Meghan is also a filmmaker and is interested in helping people find and use their voices and to tell their stories, and their jokes. She is obsessed with seasonal produce and excited that rhubarb season has begun. 

Meghan co-directed, co-produced the feature film KID HAPPY (in post-production), feature BLOOD JUNKIES (which the NY Daily News called, “a vampire film with some bite”), Nickelodeon web series EXIT STRATEGY and the series POD OPERA BROOKLYN. She produced the feature documentary BLACKOUT: ON SWAN POND. Meghan has directed numerous shorts and is in development on a feature film script BETTY DAVIS EYES.

Meghan has directed and/or produced videos with over 200M YouTube and social media views for brands like Viacom, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Bon Appetit, The New Yorker, Deepak Chopra, Architectural Digest, Teen Vogue, Self, Glamour, GE, The Economist, Lancome and LaMer. She directed a meditation series with Alicia Keys, for Deepak Chopra’s 21 day meditation series “The Divine Feminine.” She is the winner of a James Beard Award for Bon Appetit video, “Working 24 Hours at Franklin Barbeque in Austin.”

Meghan did stints at Focus Features in the development department and at the Tribeca Film Festival in the press department. She has spoken on panels about filmmaking at South by Southwest Film Festival (SXSW), Art of Brooklyn Film Festival, and with New York Women in Film And Television (NYWIFT). She was a guest lecturer at the Pace University Lubin School of Business.
