Bruna Portugal is a Brazilian actress, comedian, writer, and creative force based in Los Angeles. She is the founder of HerVision Entertainment, a production company dedicated to amplifying bold, female-driven comedy that challenges norms and celebrates authenticity.
Bruna’s artistic journey began in Brazil, where she trained in acting, starred in multiple stage productions, and toured with theater across different regions of the country. Her early years on stage gave her the chops, the nerve, and the discipline to take her career international.
Now based in LA, Bruna continues to captivate audiences with her fearless blend of humor and heart. Her upcoming one-hour stand-up special, Sorry Mom, Sorry Jesus, will be taped live at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in June 2025. The show is an unfiltered deep dive into religion, sex, family, and the contradictions of being raised to be holy while feeling completely human.
When she’s not on stage or writing, she’s building the world she wishes existed, one that actually gives the mic to women, immigrants, and people who’ve had to fight twice as hard to be heard.
