The former head of publicity for Warner Bros. Animation and Walt Disney Television Animation, Miereanu currently operates a consultant firm whose current/recent client roster has ranged from current lead publicity positions for Warner Bros. Studios, The Walt Disney Company, Lex+Otis animation studio and The Zanuck Company to as-needed project work for Sony Pictures Animation & Sony Pictures Imageworks, Lucasfilm, Mofac Animation, Roku, Paramount Television, Blue Dream Studios, Syfy, EuropaCorp, The CW, ABC Television Network, The Smithsonian Institute. Miereanu regularly partners with fellow public relations/advertising firms TO’DAY PR Group, Smith & Company, Dan Klores Communications, The Prenner Group, Feldman PR and MKW Creative. In addition to his entertainment experience, Miereanu’s 41-year career spans full-time positions as Vice President of Communications for the Los Angeles Dodgers, account supervision at LA-based Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger, Inc., and public relations responsibilities within both Saint John’s Hospital & Health Center and Centinela Hospital Medical Center. A nationally recognized sportswriter during the 1980s covering the NFL for Sport Magazine before transitioning to full-time public relations, Miereanu’s past publicity clients include Siegfried & Roy, Prime Sports/Prime Ticket Network, United States Olympic Committee, PGA of America, Los Angeles Marathon and the World Baseball Classic.
