With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, specializing in business development, partnerships, marketing, and events. Co-founder of Tri-State Indie and former employee of BMG, Sony Music Entertainment, School of Rock, Reviver Records, and more.

 

During her tenure at BMG and Sony Music Entertainment, she played a crucial role in radio promotion and marketing, contributing to the success of artists such as Kings of Leon, Maroon 5, John Mayer, Miranda Lambert, and The Strokes.

 

Transitioning to crafting immersive fan experiences and conceptual concerts for renowned brands, she orchestrated culture-forward campaigns and national tours featuring artists like Mix Master Mike, Phoenix, Spoon, and The Black Keys.

 

Stephanie served as General Manager at the School of Rock’s national headquarters. She later worked with artists such as Eric Church, Lady A, Brad Paisley, and Rick Ross, establishing and executing concert production contracts.

 

She managed operations at Tri-State Indie, overseeing a team of 50+ content creators and propelling emerging artists like Fitz and the Tantrums, Imagine Dragons, Gary Clark Jr., and Grace Potter. At its peak, the agency’s content garnered over 800,000 monthly hits and produced music-focused activations with brand partners like Vitaminwater, Chevy, Verizon, and LiveNation.

 

As Director of Promotion at Reviver Records, Stephanie solidified partnerships with major radio and TV broadcasters, driving high-performance airplay metrics for artists such as Thompson Square, Tenille Arts, and Josh Gracin.

 

At Crank, Inc., she served as VP of Business Development, leading strategic new business direction and partnerships with key companies and agencies, including Comcast, NBCU, PBS, and various record labels and promoters.

 

She held board seats with the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs) Philadelphia Chapter for nearly a decade and was elected to the City of Philadelphia mayor-appointed Music Industry Taskforce. Stephanie is a guest speaker at colleges and universities such as Drexel, Temple, Rowan, and Dartmouth and a GrammyU Mentor, inspiring the next generation of music industry leaders.
