Victoria Wiltshire
Victoria Wiltshire spent her early 20s singing and playing keys in bands, performing a wide array of music genres including Pop, Rock, R’n’B, Soul, and Jazz. Her professional performance career kicked off in earnest in 1992 when she was signed to Sony Music Australia as a recording artist with the group, ’Culture Shock’. She then joined the Sydney production of Cameron Macintosh’s ‘Miss Saigon’ in 1996 landing the role of “Gigi” understudy and ensemble, before forming a songwriting/production partnership with husband Paul Wiltshire. Over the next 15 years, the pair wrote &/or produced for The Backstreet Boys, Australian Idol, Engelbert Humperdinck, Guy Sebastian, Delta Goodrem, and many more, with sales exceeding 15 million internationally.
In 1993, Victoria relocated to Los Angeles with Paul and their two children where they launched MusicTech company Songtradr.com. In true startup fashion, she built the design and content team, working closely with marketing and communications, and went on to establish the customer support department, before building the global HR team. Throughout, Victoria hasn’t stopped script and copywriting, designing, editing videos, and more. As part of her work, she has produced and hosted all company meetings for the global teams, and “Songtradr Happy Hour”, a virtual show with many key industry guests including director, Jon Turteltaub (National Treasure movies, While You Were Sleeping, The Meg) and composer, David Hirschfelder (Elizabeth, The Railway Man, Shine).
Victoria looks forward to many more collaborations and exciting challenges where she can continue building on her skills and experiences. She believes there is something to learn from everyone and is thrilled to be a part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Oh, and she loves watching movies, singing, bold reds, great food, and kitty cats.
