Shozo Okada
Our team is a two-person venture between Griffin Kelly (creator/writer/performer) and Andrew Okada (writer/director/producer). We met in college studying film, dated briefly (oops!) and began making sketch comedy together. We put up shows around Los Angeles and self-produced video sketches as well as two live variety shows for our sketch team, Swamp Baby. We’ve been performing and workshopping our latest show, Two Cats on a Date, around Los Angeles in preparation for a run at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Andrew has a background in theatre tech and several Addy awards under his belt. Griffin has been performing in theatre since she was a child, and played Lynn Conway in the Discovery+ series, Book of Queer.
