Yané Garcia
Yané Garcia (they/them) is a non binary writer, director and community based theatre artist. They are an alumni from Cal Poly Pomona where they graduated with a BA in Theatre Arts. After graduating they co-founded Teatro Liberado, a community based theatre company made up of Cal Poly Alumnis, where they focus on uplifting and voicing the stories of people who are often dismissed. Yané aspires to continue writing, directing and creating Queer Stories for better represention in Queer Media and for safer Queer spaces in Theatre. #Crash the cis-tem!
