Cason Weiss
Filmmaker, musician and co-writer of Roaring Kitten Production’s upcoming Punch Drunk Ronald Elroy Cason Weiss, Jr. began storytelling in the comedy underbelly of San Francisco while navigating a day job in the storied gentrification engine known as Silicon Valley.
After a brash, young outfit calling themselves “Ford Motor Company” acquired the last startup he worked for, Cason moved to Los Angeles where he enjoys penning stories for The Moth, acting in short films, scribbling TV pilots, and busting ass the sets of shows like RuPaul’s Drag Race and American Horror Story. He’s also building an app, which isn’t on brand but whatever.
Additional credits include guesting on Radio Ha Ha, Mutiny Radio’s Alta-Cast with Latoya Shariff Wynn, and Personally Speaking with Christiana Morgenroth, performances with the Playwright’s Center Theater Festival, providing voiceover for What A Tomato Produce and Asiento Tapas, and co-starring as President Donald Trump in Les Deux You Remember This: The Musical for the Hollywood Fringe Festival. He’d also like to thank his mother for supporting his sketch and improv training at Upright Citizens Brigade.
