Summer Sinclair

Summer “Rain” Sinclair grew up on the mystical Oregon Coast (Lincoln City and Newport). She fell in love with the stage at age 10 playing a talking frog with Missoula Children’s Theatre. In high school she played lead roles at local community theatres, then went on to receive her B.A. in Theatre Arts, and to study at American Conservatory Theatre. Favorite stage roles include: Maggie in “A Chorus Line” (Broadway Performance Hall, Seattle), Julia in “Two Gentlemen of Verona” (Classical Theatre Lab), Helena in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” (Kingsmen Shakespeare Company), Chrysothemis in “Electra” & Witch 3/Lady McDuff in “Macbeth” (The Met Theatre). Summer’s award-winning short film “Now or Never”, which she co-wrote, produced and starred in, won a Jury Prize at the 2010 Oxford Film Festival and an Audience Award at the 2010 Valley Film Festival, in addition to being and Official Selection of the 2010 Cannes Independent Film Festival, Cannes Short Film Corner and the Seattle True Independent Film Festival, and may also be screening in the 2011 Hollywood Fringe Film Program. Summer has a breakout supporting role in feature film “The Last Gamble” screened at the 2011 Cannes Film Market this May. Summer’s television credits include “The Bold and the Beautiful”, “The Young and the Restless”, “Sleeper Cell” (Showtime) and the Streamy nominated comedy web-series “Star-ving” and “Blue Movies”.
